I help espresso equipment makers decide what to build, who to build it for, and how to get it to them.
Product, brand and channel strategy from someone who has worked every seat in the industry: behind the bar, under the machine, on the sales floor and inside a manufacturer.
Start a conversationWhat I do
- Market and brand analysis
- Where your brand stands with dealers and end users today, which segments are underserved, and where the opening is.
- Product requirements and business cases
- A product idea turned into a clear requirements document and a business case your leadership team can say yes or no to.
- Channel and go-to-market strategy
- How a product reaches customers: sales channels, dealer and service networks, pricing, and a launch plan that accounts for the people already in your ecosystem.
- Co-developed products
- Original equipment concepts developed with manufacturers, under a shared brand or independently.
About
I'm Tommy Gallagher. For twenty years I've worked in specialty coffee: as a barista, as an equipment technician, building a roaster's New York market, in sales, and in espresso machine manufacturing, where I led sales for the Americas and later product and brand.
That mix is the point. I know what a machine feels like to the person pulling shots, what a service call costs a dealer, and what a product launch asks of a factory. Psychedelia Studio exists to put that perspective to work for the people making the equipment.
